I have few changes to introduce:

Third, I have changed over to a new phone system that I hope you all will find more efficient. I understand that trying to make direct phone contact with me often results in a game of tag. Such is the case with most professionals who spend time with their clients. Another important feature is the ability to have me paged in the event of an emergency, if you are an existing client. I hope that you do not have to use this feature but am glad to offer it in the event that you do.
Fourth, yes it is cruel to have temps in the 50s one day and then quickly plummet to 12, have hope, Spring is coming!
